CoreProcess Pty Ltd is an Australian company which operates from Sydney headquarters and is supported globally by a network of implementation partners.

CoreProcess solutions are used by packaged goods companies with complex supply chains, including Cadbury-Schweppes, Pepsico, Mars Corporation, HJ Heinz, The Cooperative/Somerfield and Shoprite Checkers. CoreProcess supplies software and support through a specialist team with deep industry and cost-to-serve knowledge.

Garry O’Sullivan

Managing Director

CoreProcess managing director and controlling shareholder, Garry O’Sullivan, has worked in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry for nearly twenty years. During that time, he has led many profit improvement/cost-to-serve analysis projects for leading FMCG companies and retailers, both in Australia and overseas.

Garry has authored two publications on Profit Impact and cost-to-serve for the Australian food and grocery industry:

Drawing on his extensive experience in modelling complex supply chains, Garry has provided the guidance to enable suppliers to engage effectively with their major customers in the radically transforming FMCG industry.

Juan von Wielligh

Technical Director

Juan directs the technical development and support of the CoreProcess solution suite. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the development of complex software systems. Juan has been involved in the development of CoreProcess PIM since its very early days, as a member of the CoreProcess development team based in Cape Town, South Africa.
